This place is the most awful nail experience ive ever had. Do not go.
I was just charged over a thousand dollars by this salon for a manicure that cost $45. I didn't notice until I got home and this has completely ruined my day and has really left me rattled by how it has been handled as I still don't have my money back. the technician also cut my finger and my gel manicure had bubbles all over it, I need to get them redone. stay away from this place at all costs.
I had an appointment for a pedicure. I look forward to the soak and the leg massage to the knee. My pedicure lasted 8 minutes including painting the nails. Disappointed for sure. No massage no lotion. Just file, 2 second scrub and paint.
The owner extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I tried to give them a second chance but the same thing occurred. Her brother used to run the shop and it was wonderful. She needs to hire someone as she does not know how to treat customers well as at. But will not give them another chance despite how convenient.
