Bit of a frustrating experience , phone staff could barely speak English, but more importantly they didn't seem to know what kits they sell online, kit was advertised as free postage, but very deceptively it's not, because apparently, they can only work out when something is "bulky" (and so adds $200 freight) "after" you place an order, not when they make the advertisement for the kit.....come on guys, fix this....don't pretend you have no idea of the size and weight of what your advertising for sale, and please don't even m... read more
Parts tables are wrong They do not answer calls or reply to messages. Send wrong product and it's been very difficult to even speak to someone about this All round terrible experience
Superspares is an absolute joke of a company. Customer service is beyond useless — it took DAYS to get a simple response with dimensions of the parts they 'did' have, and that only happened after we threatened to involve the bank fraud team over being charged over $1k for parts they weren’t even trying to supply.
