You have a guy that said he was in charge. He is short skinny with a go te. I said I had a problem with their service in august that they created and I had to fix it myself and asked it I could get a discount on a detail wax. The guy said it had been months and months since it was done so no. It was done in August. I asked for the other manager and he said there was no one even though I saw him go in the detail bay. My paint now looks like I've used my kitchen sponge to scrub my car. It's covered in swirl marks from incompetent workers after going in for a full service. Save your money and wash your car yourself.
I'm extremely unhappy with the quality of service. I took my car in today. 3/30/18. I specifically asked employee #3008026 at least 2 if my car was going to be cleaned INSIDE and out. I was assured over and over again that it would be. When I got home I had to clean under my seats, clean spilled and dried up coffee out of my cup holders. Windows were not rolled down and cleaned it top of window. My backseat passenger side window was smeared w semi dried cloth. My driver side mirror was still dirty. So slow way too expensive they suck don't do a good job
It was always a nice touch to get a free car wash with my oil change. In fact I would only come here because of that deal. Today I was informed you ended that. Why??? I have 15 places within a few miles of my house to get my oil changed and I would make the trip for the car wash. Sad to say it but you lost a loyal customer.
This car wash has always been good but now they just put a whole new system in. It's awesome. It mixes touchless and touch technology. It's dialed in and does a better job than any car wash I've been to in SLC. The touchless sprayers sound like they are removing the paint from your car. It's a must try now that they spent the dough to update the system. Also a 2 day rain guarantee and if you have the money, try the mini detail. Unbelievably bad! They couldn't ' be bothered to rinse car off good before running it rough the wash. It came out cleaner but still smeared with road grime and salt.. Going to this car wash was a total waste of my money. After the very poor wash I called to complain when I got home talked to the manager Norm who really offered nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, customer satisfaction is of no value to them and I bet they get plenty of complaints.
