My trainer was so nice and helpful. He was very motivating and kept me going throughout the workout. The environment is cozy and quiet. Definitely recommend!

I feel amazing after my workout- 20 minutes a session twice a week with a personal instructor. I feel stronger and better than ever. It makes a difference in your health and lifestyle. Clean and friendly atmosphere. A must-try!
Super Slow Zone in Flemington is a great one-on-one workout experience. Kevin and the other trainers are exceptionally trained and very friendly. They keep track of all my weight levels and which machines to utilize. I wouldn't work out anywhere else.
