Really really good fellow and man, excellent job they do and prompt reporting about how the progress of the job, thank you so so much, Tony. I had a car accident on the early December and my car has been towed for Supershine Collingwood for repairing, Tony gave me updates each week and they did an amazing job, they even fixed my back scratches even though it is not their job. Tony is an absolute legend!! I couldn’t rate this place highly enough - had a crash and everywhere was quoting thousands of dollars to replace my bumper, but all I wanted was for it to be fixed back into place. Tony was unbelievably helpful with all his honest advice, and squeezed us in even though he was booked up. Had the car back a day later looking good as new, and saved myself thousands of dollars! Life saver
Today my wife got her car towed from one of your drivers who proudly shared he was 70years old. He was a truely a genuine human who knew how to make her feel relaxed and cared for after being in a car accident. He even pulled out his wallet and tried to give her 20 dollars to get a taxi home for her and our son, this almost brought her to tears. This was a rare magic moment and so nice to see it still exists in humans. We wanted to reach out and share this with you.
RACV sent us to repair the damage. Tony and his term were highly professional and caring for their clients. They did the repairs as if the car was their own. They deserve 10/5. They are No.1 in Victoria. Highly recommended!!
