Today my wife got her car towed from one of your drivers who proudly shared he was 70years old. He was a truely a genuine human who knew how to make her feel relaxed and cared for after being in a car accident. He even pulled out his wallet and tried to give her 20 dollars to get a taxi home for her and our son, this almost brought her to tears. This was a rare magic moment and so nice to see it still exists in humans. We wanted to reach out and share this with you.
RACV sent us to repair the damage. Tony and his term were highly professional and caring for their clients. They did the repairs as if the car was their own. They deserve 10/5. They are No.1 in Victoria. Highly recommended!!
My car was towed and repaired at Supershine in Collingwood. Tony was easy to deal with. I got regular updates on the progress of the repair. When the car was returned to me the workmanship was absolutely fantastic. The car was polished inside and out and it looked like new. Even most of the interior scratches were polished out. All in all a first rate job by a really nice group who really know their stuff. Based on my overall experience I would definitely recommend Supershine Panels and Paint.
