This company provided landscaping for all of the new construction homes on my street, within one of the nicer communities in Leland. Numerous homes had palm trees die within the first 6-8 months, outside of the "90 day warranty period." Superscapes would not replace any of the dead trees under warranty but offered to replace them with new (additional cost to the homeowner, several hundred dollars each) and remove the dead tree (additional cost to the homeowner, several hundred dollars each).
