This place used to be half decent but this year we ordered river stone , garden mix and compost. We had it delivered and covered it in our driveway. Two weeks later we went to move it in our yard. We noticed heavy( way more than usual) tea stains surrounding the compost and when we uncovered the pile and dug through it we found it was 75 percent mulched leaves. This morning I ordered 5 yards screen 2 yards HPP And that’s what I received it’s around half of the amount A small message to every contractor that goes to this place be careful of these people when I called them to complain, she was claiming that I’m yelling at her to change ti topic which I didn’t so she was basically telling me that I’m a liar everybody just look at the pictures and tell me if I’m lying very disappointed I feel scammed I’d never recommend this place to anyone
I had a complication with my order, and filed my concern via their website. It wasn’t responded to, so given that it’s their busy season, I emailed them the info. I then received a call from Hannah who actioned my issue that same day. She came through with a recovery plan and an apology and I’m very satisfied with the result.
We've ordered from Supersac a number of times. Most of the experiences were good, but the one bad one was very bad. We ordered crush & run for delivery on Monday, May 4th. When it hadn't arrived most of the way through the day, we called and checked and were informed they had some vehicle issues the previous week and we had been scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th. Received half a cubic yard of the garden mix delivered quickly dropped exactly where I asked. The plants are now thriving and the yard looks amazing.
