Baixei o aplicativo , inseri crédito , na hora de usar o trotinete não funcionou, não saiu do local. Fiz a reclamação e retomei o processo com outro trotinete e esse saiu do local. Mais o valor debitado do primeiro trotinete que não funcionou não foi creditado. Furada 🤦 se não funcionar não devolvem o crédito.
Phenomenal place to work
Seriously. 7 days pass is 10 rides. Ok np. But if Í want to ride 15+ minutes I need to park every 15 minutes or extra rates per km applies. Come on guys. If I ride for 30 minutes, just count it as 2 rides.
These don't look like they are parked on a sidewalk that is 8 feet wide...
This is why I hate scooter companies!
