Bad customer service. The manager is also a bad person her attitude towards customer literally sucks. They also lowball people for the stuff. I would not recommend going there
If you enjoy being lowballed, ignored, and overcharged all in the same visit, Super Pawn is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
I had a really disappointing experience at Super Pawn. The staff came across as unprofessional and not very helpful. Instead of trying to work with me, they seemed more interested in rushing me out the door. The prices they offered were way lower than expected, and the items for sale didn’t seem fairly priced either. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for fair deals or good customer service.
Super Pawn is honestly one of the worst pawn shops I’ve dealt with. The customer service was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They offered insultingly low prices for quality items and acted like they were doing me a favor. The stuff they have for sale is way overpriced, and the whole place just feels shady. Don’t waste your time here — there are plenty of better pawn shops that actually treat customers with respect.
