I was helped by John and he’s the man to hook you up with the deals!! customer service was great and he seems like a nice guy.
Most of the time good experience. New employee was abrupt and short as I was bringing in an item to have looked at. Not a welcoming response at all. I’m a long time customer, not anymore.
Worse manager I ever met in my life...disrespectful, rude, antagonistic then when called on her trash behavior tried to instigate a problem...but calmed that down quickly...Spoke to her higher ups in Texas will give yall update soon.
