My family and I attened SuperPark today. To say we were all pretty unimpressed is not a great feeling - given the cost of the event. This place was semi clean (toilets could have been more cleaner and had working hand dryers). The food was over priced for most things. The staff were borderline friendly. The lady who helped me at the desk told me my voucher dollar value was less than the paper said - not very impressed with that. We took the kids to SupaPark for a fun day out, and they had an amazing time. The place is so much fun, and Lisa made our visit even better with her friendly and helpful customer service. She was welcoming, always smiling, and made us feel looked after. Thank you, Lisa, for making our family day out so enjoyable!
Such a fun place for the kiddies to roam around and play. The staff is super friendly, especially Lisa who is always helpful and entertaining for our kiddies. Keep up the great work Lisa.
I recently took my son to the the play center. Lisa at SuperPark was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out, and she made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
