The stylist, Henrietta, didn’t do what I asked for at all. To reference this took 5 hours and I still didn’t get what I asked for at all. I wanted to be able to not come back for 6 months if I don’t feel like it and given how bold and Chunky the blonde around my face is, I will likely have to get it fixed and blended better in a month or so. We had an exceptional experience being cared for by Anna at Supernova. She took her time to deeply understand what our daughter was seeking in a curly haircut. Once cutting, Anna also was extremely thorough and precise, ensuring that the cut was exceptional and exceeded all expectation. Lastly, Anna was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable at the salon. Always have an amazing experience with the smart, talented and hard working Anna Fox. Highly recommend her to all my friends, she doesn’t disappoint. I got a haircut today but I’ve had her fix my golden/yellow balayage hair with a blond toner last time and she nailed it. Prices are great value. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Owner is also very kind and friendly and can’t wait to support this local business again.
