We have used Supernova for some specialty products. Alana has been awesome. She's had to jump through hoops because a lot of our request aren't standard run of the mill products. We couldn't ask for better service.
My personal experience has been that our sales rep is not good at returning messages. The least our rep can do is send a quick email or make a quick call to whomever he prefers to deal with on our end.
They are very friendly and they do great work!!
