If I were to compare them to other retail stores I've been to, I would say they were one of the best. Customer service was excellent. They let my mother try out 5 of the Golden Tech. power recliners and gave us some good advice. We told them that we were from out of state and probably wouldn't be purchasing anything, and that wasn't a problem.
