Ashamed that a family of four can only buy one pack of two rib eye steaks. I couldn’t buy two of the same cut of meat but rib eye was the ONLY cut on the shelf. I’m guessing because they are so expensive. So now I have to travel to another store and risk more exposure. I completely understand limiting what ppl buy with everything going on but limiting to 1 is extreme and counterproductive. Since now I am forced to brave another store for enough meat to feed my family 1 meal.
Shout out to the management and team members at this store. The team communicated over the loudspeaker , told customers what they were doing to fix a system issue, thanked everyone for their patience and kept communicating status until issue was resolved. Every cashier and employee I saw was cheerful and helpful. The team was working hard to restock shelves. With all the stores I have been to during this difficult time, THIS store really had it together. Yes, they were out of things. Yes, the lines were long, but the manager was on the intercom thanking his employees, thanking the customers and letting us know when to expect shipments. This manager has his ducks in a row.
