Been a customer for quite a while but lately have had quite a few problems with their deliveries. No one answers any of the phone numbers on their website. Emails are replied to but nothing is sorted in a decent time frame. Delayed quite a few jobs so have now decided to stop using them altogether.
Very disappointing experience so far. Payment made with extra £20 for rapid shipping(due to an emergency job) No sales receipt, then no update on the order(I had to chase them) - it transpired that they didn’t have the item in stock, would I like it on back order? No, it’s an emergency job. Can you process a refund. That was 5 days ago and they haven’t got back to me. All in all, not a company to buy from in future. I’m sure that a sales invoice is a legal requirement so I’ll be also investigating that issue.
