My son is autistic and freaked out while he was in the chair. His cries got all of the kids in the place upset. What did the stylist do? She preserved. She finished his haircut, and was as patient and accommodating as she could be given the situation. I am grateful and happy to give this place 5 stars and wish it could be 10.
Don’t ever let Isabel cut your kid’s hair. She completely ruined my son’s eyebrows and even cut part of it off! She didn’t mention anything! I only found out when I noticed it myself and her answer was “ oh yeah I probably did that “ !
Service is outstanding, clean , was nice to watch something on the tv while waiting on Comfortable seats. Melissa is very pleasant ,welcoming, kind, friendly and excellent in her profession. Very satisfied with my haircut loved the environment will be coming back!
people were nice but she asked for parents to help and she was shaking and it really didn't look like she knew anything about working with kids. we came here because our place we go to by home was booked. not coming back. it was a laborious experience for all, not the case with the lady we usually go to. she didnt even cut to the length we clearly discussed at the start. we just gave up and we're going to another place tomorrow to fix it. it was a basic trim around perimeter, nothing fancy. our usual lady does a great job an... read more
