Very satisfied with Pablo and Leah, the ride for a CT scan was very smooth, Pablo placed a pillow on my head and amputated leg, great customer service.
ZERO STARS. My poor mother waited for a transport for 2.5 hours after intial call for pick up. Plus add another 30 minutes drive. The dispatch repeatedly lied about ETA time. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Total time sitting in her diaper for a quick dr.appt.was 6.5 hours !!!!!
I required a last-minute out-of-town transfer for a scared patient who was by herself. The staff at Superior Ambulance went above and beyond, I cannot stress how professional and caring the staff of Superior Ambulance presented that day. 10/10 will use a often as needed!
If I could leave no stars I would. It's been hours since I contacted these people to pick my wife up in her wheelchair. They blame the weather. The day (oh it's a busy Monday) and yet have no answers beyond that. It's almost 6 pm & we're STILL waiting for pickup. This is NOT how you conduct business at all let alone with seniors & the disabled.
