Not a great place to work. ODS will cover up issues with the Medics. Sending out emails to the owner and HR about being harassed does not help, still have yet to hear back from any of the higher ups about this issue. I was harassed by my might shift Supervisor who was intentionally spreding rumors about me and lying to our dispatch manager about me, once i relayed this information nothing has happened to her. I have been sitting here at a hospital, discharged since 4 pm with my mother, who is stage 4 cancer , it is now 10 pm. We have been put off and extended our pickup time 3 times and still waiting. They are suppose to be transporting her to a nursing facility. I am so mad right now, this is beyond unacceptable.
I am very disappointed with the service that they provide. I have a a few patients that use them and they are always too early, late, or not able to wait for the patient. Then the drivers want to call there supervisor and make complaint about the wait time. Then supervisors call us to the threaten the staff that they will leave the patient behind. This is not professional at all.
My wife wanted to check out of the medical facility she was at. in San Antonio Per an administrator (whom I shall not name), as this was against the wishes of the doctor they would not arrange an ambulance to take her home. My wife is disabled and cannot walk stairs. This "administrator" gave me the name of Superior Ambulance to contact. I did and everyone was pleasant enough on the phone. The insurance person verified that my insurance would cover the ride. I set up the pick-up for 6pm. When the drivers showed up I discover... read more
