Recommend the owners secure mirrors to walls, ensure benches are not wobbly and overall clean up the place. Torn mats, shaky squat racks. A pretty cool spot but would likely not return due to the state of the facility Edit: re the response the gym provided. Two mirrors were leaning up against the walls in the basement: one in the main area next to the personal training room and another in a room with the two giant tires, kettlebells and variety of dumbbells. This place looks so beautiful again! The new owner is truly making it shine like it used to. You can feel the genuine heart and soul that is being poured into this lovely little business. Get in here and check it out: you won’t be disappointed.
Had the pleasure of spending an hour with Kim today trying to come up with a program, she was so extremely helpful. I've been working out at home and now considering joining her gym. I will definitely be back for more personal training
I receive personal training at this gym and have had an excellent experience. The owner is incredibly dedicated and genuinely cares about her clients! You can truly tell she loves what she does. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming, motivating atmosphere that makes training enjoyable.
