Great gym with owners who truly care about their members. Highly recommend!
I worked out here for a year. Great gym. Its clean, the change rooms are great . The owners are awesome an it has everything you need to get in shape, healthy and even has some fun extras. The 24 hour acces was super convenient as a shift worker. Having worked out all over simcoe, this is my only choice
The greatest gym of all time in the town Shoutout to Kim. Atmosphere and people are supercool here
