Fran at Superior Window and Door did a great job, answering my questions clearly throughout the process replacing windows for my house. Pricing was transparent, competitive, and consistent from start to finish. He was helpful looking at materials, working with me on options, and making sure the end look and feel matched the originals and the style of the house. The house is much more energy efficient, and I’d recommend Superior for other projects.

Francis Tambolleo of Superior Window and Doors took my $1,828.20 deposit on November 14, 2023. After repeated attempts to have the window installed and repeated delays, Francis said he broke the window and could not install the window on the agreed upon date of April 26. He offered me an option of a total refund. After repeated attempts to contact Francis and collect my money, I filed with the small claims court in Framingham. My court date is July 16. Do not do business with this company.
Superior Windows and Doors installed about 32 Anderson Windows for me. He was very up front about the time frame to receive these items and did a fantastic job installing them. I no longer feel a draft walking by my Windows and most importantly, my wife is happy. Our house is over in Sudbury and he was prompt and painless. 10/10 highly recommend.
