Fran took our $8000+ deposit in June 2025, did some of the work and never returned. Left debris. Repeatedly called and left messages for months—ghosted us. HE NEVER ORDERED OUR WINDOWS and blamed wholesaler. We’ve known him for over 20 years. HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO US? Still waiting to hear from you. 2/2026

Francis did a great job replacing the garage window for us. My son broke the glass with a tennis ball by accident. He showed up on Tuesday to do measurements and come back Friday to replace it, he could have come sooner but it was rainy on Thursday. He charged reasonable price and did a fantastic job. We would recommend him for any windows and doors job. Big or small, he does it all.

Fran at Superior Window and Door did a great job, answering my questions clearly throughout the process replacing windows for my house. Pricing was transparent, competitive, and consistent from start to finish. He was helpful looking at materials, working with me on options, and making sure the end look and feel matched the originals and the style of the house. The house is much more energy efficient, and I’d recommend Superior for other projects.
