After sitting through the Home Depot, Anderson Renewal, and a few other demonstrations, we chose Superior. We installed 32 double-paned aluminum framed windows, both fixed and double hung. After a year, the quality is still evident. There was minimal issues following installation. (It would have been helpful for the installation crew to use a level when installing trim.) I took away a star because after shelling out tens of thousands of dollars, there was absolutely no follow up after completion of the project.

UPDATE: They have contacted me and are working on the warranty request. Installed windows in Dec 2021. Overall, we were happy with the work, but cannot get any response to our service request. No answer at their main number and no response to our online service request. Are they still in business?

Was excited to work with them based on reviews but during the initial call they where denying me the opportunity to meet with them unless my wife was in the meeting. It was “policy”??? It wasn’t even a scheduling conflict. They had plenty of open slots but would not meet with us because my wife wouldn’t be joining on. Very adamant at making sure both of us where there to talk “design styles”.
