Told me my tires wouldn’t fit so I out a different set on and they death wobbled all the way home, weren’t balanced correctly. I get home and the tires fit great, I have a full turn. Very nice and polite people but screwed me on my $100.

Took vehicle here to have a tire rebalanced and get an alignment. Left it for the day. They called me at 4:45pm and told me that the vehicle needed parts before alignment (which it doesn't), it needs all new tires because the tires are dry rotted and have flat spots (which they are not), and to have this done it will be $1400. Told them not to do anything and picked up vehicle. Good thing is they didn't change for looking at the vehicle. We moved to Hugo a little over a year ago, and this was the first tire shop we used. I personally had a good experience, but my husband previously had a bad one, waiting over four hours just to have tires put on. I chalked it up to a fluke and encouraged us to try this location again when my tire needed a patch. We went in around 10:00 this morning and were told they were very busy because they had customers with appointments.
