Howard Holmes from SWF is a contractor who was supposed to install my railings. He removed my railings on June 15, 2020 and has not install my railings yet. I filed a claim with the courts, but the business address that is listed on his business card and invoice is fictitious. I do not recommend this contractor to anyone, he does not provide good service and he is a scammer.
