Mike,who inspected and quoted me on my basement repair, was amazing! He walked me through exactly what the process entailed and discussed options.He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My basement is in much better condition now and I'm so thankful for the good workmanship and timelines.They were also very appreciative of me and the coordinating of items to be unhooked and hooked back up for ease of the job. I would definitely hire them for any services and they provide.
After years of ignoring our foundation cracks it was time to address the situation when water started leaking in the basement during heavy rains. Mike was very reassuring they could get the job done, and they did! New drain tile, steel beams to reinforce our two bowed walls and a sump pump with a battery back up were completed in a timely and professional fashion. Mike's team is top notch and would recommend their services to anyone, thanks again for calming our fears!
We contacted Superior after our basement flooded during a power outage. At the same time we talked with them about a quieter sump pump as the one we had ran often and loudly. They dug out our window wells, added drains from them to the sub floor drain, extended the height of the radon hole and installed a new sump pump.
