I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Superior Waterproofing! They truly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the project was done right, in a timely fashion, and without breaking the bank. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional to work with and were not scared off by the challenge of my parents’ 170 year old farmhouse basement. I highly recommend them to help solve any basement water issues.
I had water in my basement after having a waterproof system installed 8 years ago. I sent an email saying I thought I had a warranty issue. Michael messaged me first thing the next day and made himself available to visit my house to do an assessment. He spent about 1 hour with me examining the entire exterior of my house and inside my basement.
