I had the worst experience with Superior Water, paid 4,000.00 for RO system and softener, the softener quit working in 16 months, warranty was for 4 years. They sent a very young mechanic out that did not know the equipment at all, he did not fix the softener and on top of that he wanted a check 180.00 which I did not pay, they sent me bills for about 6 months each time adding interest. The ordeal went on and on and after about 20 phone calls I finally had to pay to get the bad credit off my record. I strongly advise anyone ... read more
