If I could rate more than 5 starts I would. Tom and his team have provided nothing but above and beyond service. I had a radon system installed over a year ago. Every time I need a service or have any issue in my home (older home issues not to do with system installed) Tom is very responsive and provides the services required which is always appreciated.

We highly recommend Tom and Superior Water & Radon Systems. We weren't thrilled to find out our well water had high levels of radon. But once Tom came to the house and helped us understand how a bubble-up system would remove 99% of the radon, we felt much better. Bill and Mario installed the new system, and for the same price (which was reasonable) they also serviced our well tank and installed a new gauge. I had a water softener system installed by Superior. Tom himself was extremely helpful and responsive during the pre-installation process and was able to answer all of my questions. During the installation, his team was respectful to my home, wore masks the entire time, and put down protective plastic so as not to damage or spill anything. I had a water leak and Tom came out same day, had the parts to repair it and serviced the system as well as giving me advice on proper maintenance. Very professional and reasonably priced! Will call them back for future service.

Tom and his team helped me out when it seemed like everything wanted to go wrong with my very old and quirky water system all at once! They were extremely quick and responsive at diagnosing the issue when I had no water. I am really appreciative of the level of care and knowledge Tom and his team displayed every step of the way to getting everything back up and running the right way.
