I was overwhelmed with continued challenges with my hot water heater. Never given any real explanation or direction previously by others . Shane took time to talk with me in understandable terms (which is much different than plumbers terms). He was incredibly knowledgeable and did not give up until he, after trying many things determined I needed a new unit.
