They are a very poorly run company took a bout 5 days to come out and check out my mechanical septic system that was in alarm. The service person said that the pump was bad, but he did not have one on the truck. Then i found out that they were waiting for a shipment of pumps to come in.Its been over a week and still no pump and very little contact from the sws management .i just signed a one-year contract and gave the service man a check paid in full. I'm going to look for a new company any then try and get my money back
