I have received a couple bills from Superior Radiology after I paid my bill 2 months prior through my insurance provider. I have the payment confirmation from them and the credit card bill to prove it. I finally get a phone from Superior Radiology yesterday saying I'm going to be sent to a bill collector. I call today to figure out what's going on.
