They were unavoidably detained at an earlier appointment, but kept me apprised of the schedule adjustments all the way along. Courteous, professional, and competent! Can't ask for more than that. :)
Pete was amazing! He and his team went way above and beyond! What was supposed to be a simple dryer vent cleaning turned into a replacement of the whole venting system! I would highly recommend Superior Vents! I know I will use them again!
My few months old dryer started to give me issues about two weeks ago when it would suddenly take multiple cycles to fully dry the clothes. Unfortunately, our vents go up to the roof and I didn't feel comfortable going up there since we have a two-story home. So, I called up Superior Vents and a couple days later Peter stopped by and was able to inspect the dryer, give me a walkthrough of everything he was going to do, and cleared the vents out quickly and without any issues.
