Excellent attention to the needs of the buyer! This was my first experience purchasing a mobility vehicle. I was sure I had researched and thought about everything I needed in a van to move my husband. Jerry was excellent to work with! He patiently showed me all my options and provided great suggestions. Jerry saw that I had everything I needed to make transporting my husband possible for me. Would highly recommend using Superior Van and Mobility for your mobility vehicle.
Even though there are many handicap people Superior Mobility allow each individual person to customize according to the specific needs of each person. Some features are not suitable for everyone; which is why Superior take time and effort to pair each individual with a product based on the their needs.
Just got our pre owned van and we are very satisfied. Mitch was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right conversion to fit my husband’s needs. Mitch was able to get us out of our truck that we couldn’t use for months and into a vehicle we could use daily. My husband can now go out with me without any issues and is happy to have his independence back. Thank you Mitch and Superior Mobility for making our purchase a success.
The lead service person Robert does an amazing job. Goes out of his way to explain what caused the issue and then is able to quickly fix it so we are back on the road in no time. He is essential in the success of our mobility business.
