We have rented a Van twice now at Fort Wayne. Both times have been extremely pleasant. Christy has been awesome to deal with in setting up the rentals. She took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and answered all my questions so I completely understood how it all works. I am an Air Force Veteran that Veteran's Affairs have ordered a Mobility Scooter and Hitch Mounted Lift for me. The people of Superior Van have been very nice, friendly, and communicative starting well before the equipment was ordered, received and through setting the appointment for the installation. The technician installing the hitch and lift did so in less time than anticipated. The work was top notch, clean and professional. We're New Lifelong Customers as of today. Excellent Front of the house Reception Service with Stephanie today, followed up with Excellent Service Technician Kevin (a.k.a. Mr. Mobility). A great overall experience throughout that didn't break the bank. Money well spent. They were very thorough, professional, & gave Great support and Customer Service. Very reasonably priced too.
