Jim has cerebral palsy and using the thumb mechanism on his new handicap scooter was hard for him to manipulate. His old scooter had a special "hand" mechanism that had been installed but the company that installed it was no longer in business. We took both scooters to Superior Van & Mobility and they worked hard to model a mechanism from the old scooter to adapt to the new scooter. They did a great job and the mechanism is perfect for Jim. The staff was very professional, respectful and helpful. Cameron, was the young man who did the service on the van and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and left satisfied. The entire staff made my experience very positive.
