They worked hard to make sure I got the car I wanted and the price I needed. James is an excellent salesman. Professional, listens, and doesn't give up. I was shopping around the West Bank before I purchased from Gretna. I can honestly say, that the team at Gretna made the sale due to their honest - upfront way of doing business!
This is a horrible place to buy a car. They sold me a lemon. The day after I bougt the car, it wouldn't start! The transimission started getting stuck in 3rd gear no 2 days after purchase and the check engine light has come back on everytime I have had it fixed since I bought. They refused to give me my money back for the car. This business is terrible.
The guys at (Gretna Used Car Outlet) where very nice and patient and really helped me and my husband to get in the car of our dreams.
