They definitely care for the patients very sweet staff and the doctor is so sweet and caring I definitely recommend coming here if you don’t feel well , or hurting come here no long wait gets you back right away.
The care provided was average, so I would give 4 stars for that. But the billing method is atrocious and thats why I am giving 1 star or less if possible. Going in they asked for $34 and I paid to see the Dr. Then on my way out they asked for another $21 so I paid it not really knowing why. Then I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $209 more. Today was my first time visit with this urgent care. I met with Doctor Kanu who was very professional and knowledgeable to address all concerns I had. All staff was extremely helpful and professional. The office is very beautiful and clean. The atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. I would totally recommend my new health care provider. Thank you for your Military service and excellent customer service.
I just finished with my appointment with Superior Urgent Care and it was top notch from the beginning. The online scheduling system is great and the front desk staff was extremely sweet and helpful. The NP (Berkeley) was super nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even allowed for my input on the course of treatment. I highly recommend Superior Urgent!!!
Firstly, the place is clean and peaceful. After that, it gets better. Receptionist was polite and helpful. The assistant (I hope I have that right) who took my vitals was great. The nurse practitioner listened, asked questions, then prescribed the medication. What was much appreciated was the nurse giving an explanation as to why she chose the medication and it's benefits. All done at a reasonable pace. Great urgent care center.
