I have had a good experience at this doctor's office.Doctors are good
I'm very satisfied with my visit I had today. The staff is very courtesy, polite and patience. The office is very very clean. The restroom was also very clean. Dr. Kana workings extremely well with his staff. He also cares about his patients well being. My kind of Doctor. I would recommend him to anyone anyone,and the office.
This new dr at superior urgent care he was absolutely listening about what I had to say and my concerns. And superior urgent care was absolutely beautiful and clean. Thank you all for taking the time and excepting me as your patience. And another this it was easy so set up for appointment and the nurses and staff was amazing.
Just left with my daughter who slipped and fell at the splash park. Lady at the desk stayed on the phone the whole time as I waited for someone to check me in or tell me the next steps. I sat there and waited for her to come up for air from the call to atleast ask why we were there and she never did. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. God forbid that my child has a concussion.
