I’ve been going there for many years and have always received excellent care and service. But today, 5/14/2026, after being sick for 10 days, I scheduled an appointment. A staff member called to ask why I was coming in, and then told me their X‑ray machine was broken and they wouldn’t be able to help. She told me to “go to Keller.” I explained that I couldn’t during this time it’s not close, and I needed to return to work. She responded rudely, saying she was “just repeating what she was told,” and continued talking over me.... read more
The medical assistants, NPs, and MDs are very professional. They provided great care and assured me if my symptoms didn’t resolve to return at no cost for another office visit. Veteran owned and easy to book an appointment.
