Very happy customer!! We had Naomi and her crew come out and clear around 40 pines out. Extremely professional and respectful of our property. Front office (Missy) communication was great. We had several quotes for the job and they are very competitive. If my future needs require tree work, they will be my first call.
Naomi and her crew are the best. I have used their service in the past and she was the first one I called when I had a tree fall on Wednesday evening in my front yard. Just to be specific, I texted her about my tree at 820pm Wednesday night. I knew with the hurricane coming in that is was doubtful anything could get done anytime soon. No joke, by 1pm on Thursday my tree was gone. Her guys showed up in the rain and knocked it out. Excellent experience with Superior Tree! Naomi came out to discuss needs. She was helpful, polite, and had an incredibly competitive quote. The team came out a few weeks later to remove over 20 trees from my property, many were large or in very close proximity of fences, power lines, and my house. Cut down and removed significant number of trees for our HOA with multiple visit to re-scope and provided excellent pricing and service. Will use again and highly recommended..
Quick to respond, really nice during the estimate and was able to get scheduled fast! Had four trees removed and can barely tell trees were remove because of the great clean up. Estimate was better than three other companies. I will trust them with any future needs.
