Easy breezy! My husband contacted Ingrid with a "general idea" of what we wanted to do for an all-inclusive vacation, she took the time to learn of our general interest, mobility concerns (we don't have any but it was great she asked), climate preferences, budget limits and dietary preferences. Wow. After discussion she recommended wonderful locations for us to consider. The trip has not occurred yet, but the process of planning and attention to us is worth talking about now :-)
