The quality of the products here was much better than other comparable local options. Even more impressive was the customer service from Scott, he took the time to show and explain a product to us and was genuine and accommodating. Highly recommend!
What a shit show. We have bought 3 or 4 trailers here. One of them cost about $6k and we have had trouble with the electric brakes from day one. We have got by for long while putting up with issues that would come and go. Finally wanting to get to the bottom of it, I took it to Superior Trailers and asked if they could just look it over and pinpoint the issue so I could get it fixed, either by them or elsewhere at MY cost, as it's been 18 months or so. Great experience with the sales manager, very knowledgeable about his products, their development and what competition offers in comparison. Workshop staff fantastic also, friendly and efficient.
