Closed eventually. Multiple mistakes by Title. Very poor communication. Could not track wires internally. I have done many real estate transactions and this was the most painful I have had as a buyer.
I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
The title company never notified the agents that earnest money was returned to the client, and we were in breach of contract. This was discovered 2 days prior to closing and Buyers needed to leave work to wire funds to ensure Sellers did not cancel our contract. Closing took over an hour because the same person who did Buyers paperwork then told us to wait while she went and did the Sellers paperwork. This was not a great experience for me as an agent or my Buyers working with them.
