Not the brightest bunch and very disorganized. They take on to many appointments at one time and mess up paperwork. I would not recommend this title company.
Superior title was the closing company on one of my priorities. And like many disorganized title companies that don’t respect their clients time and money, they waited until the last possible second to confirm details that could he been dealt with days ago, delaying payment for my property while the buyer gets to grab keys and take possession. Title companies are a dime a dozen. Skip Superior Title - there are better options and you can do better.
Superior Title is the company to go! Samantha and her team is there for you and they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best service. I would give 10 stars.
