I would change the name from Superior to Underwhelming. If you get a choice, choose an alternative source.
The sellers of the home i bought used superior title. There were many messes along the way but one of them was a LARGE unpaid water bill. Should have been taken care of at the time of sale. When that did not happen title insurance should have taken over. When that didn't happen I had to spend over a year communicating with different people here, being told everytime they would have it resolved within a week or so. They never got it resolved so I ended up having to pay it when I went to refinance my home. Terrible experience ... read more
