Made an appointment for my wife to bring our vehicle on to get the tires swapped. She had nothing but good things to say about the employees going above and beyond to help answer questions and give some peace of mind. Great job we will definitely be back!

Had a flat tire at No Frills in Mount Forest. Went to Canadian Tire and There was no mechanic at 4:30. Phoned Superior Tirecraft. What a lifesaver. They came out to my car put air in the tire and here I am back at their place and they are taking care of me right away . Great place of business. If you need help they are the ones to call. Excellent people.
Friday afternoon, 4:35pm and I pull into a parking lot only to realize I had a completely flat tire. In a panic I called and without hesitation they sent someone to come and take a look. The gentleman who arrived in less than 10 minutes, was amazing, professional and actually cared. He filled my tire with air and had me follow him back to the shop, now past closing time, where he proceeded to properly patch my tires from the inside and had me back on the road. Courteous staff! Booked my vehicle in for a quick look at my muffler, they took my car right at the time they booked me in for and diagnosed the issue in minutes! Will definitely trust them with future work when it comes 👍
