Fast and honest service with good prices. The owner is a very nice guy. I recently got a new tire mounted and installed after a pothole took my last one out. After leaving I discovered a leak in a different tire, I returned to get it patched and they took care of it for free. Really great people there, I would highly recommend.
My tire had blown out, and even though David didn’t have the exact same size available, he managed to arrange a suitable tire for me on the same day. The tire shop I had gone to before had installed the wheels and tires incorrectly, and David fixed everything without charging me anything. I’m very grateful to him.
I recently went to Superior Tire to get winter tires for my new Hyundai Elantra. I originally bought a set of rims and some budget Chinese tires (my mistake!). As soon as I hit the highway, the car vibrated terribly — it was almost undrivable at higher speeds. The team at Superior Tire was incredibly helpful and patient. They let me upgrade to a much better set of tires, and even after that, when I still noticed a slight vibration, Shawn went absolutely above and beyond. I was looking at their reviews and decided to call. The person who answered was very rude. I just wanted to know if they offered wheel alignment and balancing. And if I bought tires from them, did they include installation? They were very rude and instead of saying yes, they told me to look it up on their website. It's a shame because the company has 10 cars and needed service for the trucks and new tires for 7 of them. I wouldn't recommend this place to my boss or any of my friends under any circumstances.
