The "SHORT VERSION"-paid for right and left front ball joints and control arms to be replaced. Got new control arms but ball joints were not replaced. The mechanic at Superior Tire left the old ones in. The car’s right front end collapsed 3 days later. Thank God it collapsed as I was pulling into my driveway and not on the highway. Result is...I have lost trust and will not return to Superior Tire & Auto! Been going to Superior ever since it opened and had nothing but great service. They have fair prices and always supportive advice from honest owners. Even when they could have charged more for a job, they found ways to save $'s for us and honour their work. I refer all my friends and family whk ate local, they all have positive feedback.
