I came in when my car broke down on the highway 5 hours away from home. No other places could take me that day except Superior Tire Auto. They treated me so nice while I was in distress. The price was more than reasonable and they were such nice people. If you are ever in need of car service I completely recommend this place!!
We were quoted $1500 at Casey Toyota for a muffler and a tail pipe replacement for our 4Runner, plus $200 diagnostic fee. We called Ryan at superior and was quoted half the price. This shop is very honest and reliable. The quality and price of their work is unmatched anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My 20 year old daughter broke down in VA on her way back to MD from North Carolina. We called around everywhere and nobody could take her and told us it would be a week. She was stranded over four hours away from home and scared as it was her first road trip with friends. Finally, we got ahold of superior tire and auto, and they were very nice and got us in right away. Wife took her car to get inspected, shop said she needed to rotate the tires. We just had brand new tires put on the day before! Absolutely no way they would need rotation. Exactly why people don’t trust these shops!
Outstanding customer service! We had a flat tire indicator light suddenly appear on our trip and pulled into Superior to get it checked out. Despite a garage full of autos undergoing tire service, they quickly assessed our car and determined it was a false alarm. We are so grateful to the wonderful folks at Superior. They will treat you right!
