From out of town and ended up with a huge bolt in my tire. It was a Sunday so thankful they were open and super duper fast. They were able to patch us up and get us out in 15 min. If you are from the Boise area definitely check them out! Thank you so much for the great service and getting us back on the road safely.
Sorry in advance for the novel. Bought $1,800 worth of tires there at the end of last year was told that rotations would be free. Called yesterday and was scheduled at 12:30 for said rotation by a 3rd party off shore call center, not uncommon in this day and age, no issue yet. When I showed up, John at front counter let me know there was no information for my vehicle in the system.
