Came in this afternoon to get my tire patched. Only had 2 cars they were working on, and proceeded to tell me they couldn't help me until the next day. Negative attitude and energy as soon as entering the building, won't be coming back. New management is horrible compared to the old in my opinion.
Went into this shop with a flat tire. Asked for them to look at it and replace it. When they went to look at it they did not inspect it completely and half assed looked at it. There was clearly a hole in it and they just filled it with air and said I could drive on it. By the time I got home it was flat ( I live 30 min away) and they said “just tow it here” when they should have put the spare on in the first place. The mechanic Josh and the manager John were exceptional our truck lost a differential carrier and we were out of our home town. They got it fixed and back on the road. There customer services was amazing. Thank you again.
