It was late in the day and I had a massive suspension problem took it to the boys at tire choice on Broadway. Dale lined me up and his technician Gavin totally dove into it and found the problem quick and efficiently. Fixed it fast and smoothly and got me on the road. totally cool dudes. Great at what they do would recommend everyone.
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were fast, efficient, explained all the services I was getting in detail. They checked all my fluids and filled up what was needed. They checked my brakes and made sure everything was in perfect order. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The manager, Dale Englund was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. I will take my car to Broadway Tire Choice from now on! I was 100% satisfied with the service!!
Ordered tires through Goodyear. Told them my vehicle make/model. Drove 3 hrs from the mountains to make our 5:30 appt. Our vehicle was too large for their lift and they were uninterested in using their jacks to install the tires. Caught them at end of shift. Both were playing on their phones. Definitely not using this company for future business. Both individuals were nice but that was a sad showing of effort.
I had 4 tires put on sev months ago and needed rebalanced past weekend and even though they were ones originally installed the tires,they charged me 80 bucks to rebalance the tires which i disagree should been under warrantee.also i was only vehicle be there and still took over a hour to balace,the manager just sat there making personal phonecalls with his buddies instead of jumping in and helping Overall poor service and will not recommend to anyone there sercice and just note so orinalky i thought the original weights came... read more
Misdiagnosed the problem and still cost me 250.00 took it to dealership had it diagnosed within 2 hours of having it cost me another 1,000.00
