I honestly feel terrible for the guys who have to work here. They have corporate call centers and online appointment systems that are completely disconnected from the shop’s reality. I made an appointment online for a simple tire rotation, showed up at my appointment time, and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in. Rolled down the street to Les Schwab, walked it, and was rotated and out in less than ten minutes. Very disappointed in the service and how much this business has gone down hill. I have been bringing my cars here to be serviced since 2007. I dropped by to see if they had time to recharge my AC and the man working the counter was in the office playing videos loudly on his phone. I stood in the front for a good 4 to 5 minutes and he never noticed me. Walked up to the office door and I asked him if they were open. He put his phone down and began to help me.
