Had a flat tire from a nail on a Saturday evening, limped my vehicle into the shop on Sunday morning and they were great and very helpful — in and out in about 20 minutes. Would absolutely return here for business and to purchase tires — they were great.

I receive exceptional service every time I come in. I've gotten multiple sets of new tires, patches, alignments, etc over the many years they've been there, but I keep coming back just for the customer service. They are great at doing drop off services with same day pickup. They just do everything right.

I honestly feel terrible for the guys who have to work here. They have corporate call centers and online appointment systems that are completely disconnected from the shop’s reality. I made an appointment online for a simple tire rotation, showed up at my appointment time, and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in. Rolled down the street to Les Schwab, walked it, and was rotated and out in less than ten minutes.
