Very disappointed in the service and how much this business has gone down hill. I have been bringing my cars here to be serviced since 2007. I dropped by to see if they had time to recharge my AC and the man working the counter was in the office playing videos loudly on his phone. I stood in the front for a good 4 to 5 minutes and he never noticed me. Walked up to the office door and I asked him if they were open. He put his phone down and began to help me. Scheduled about a week prior for the soonest available appointment. Got 2 separate email and text confirmations of the appointment. Took off work, came in early and they tell me "It looks like they put it for 10am" while he's clicking around. Says he can't do it because he's the only one there...On a Saturday morning. Then as I'm walking out I get new appointment confirmations that I'm scheduled for 10am. I don't know if it's their call centers fault or the local store but either way I would never give this company a dime af... read more
These guys were wonderful to work with and took care of us same day. I had a flat tire and they were able to repair it. Very fair and great customer service! Would highly recommend them and use them again!
On my Bingo card today was not getting new tires. I went to the car wash and something pierced my tire, I got to the Tire Choice as fast as I could. The staff was coutourious, knowledgeable, efficient. They could not fix it they put on the spare so I could get around, I ordered new tires, they had they delivered quickly so I could be taken care of that day. They are the best I would recommend them to everyone. Update i got my tires sameday they gave me the Chonky tires I wanted.
