These guys bent my rims while putting on a brand new set of rims.
It was ok, but it took over 3 hours to put my new tires on. Seems a bit extreme when tires are what they do daily.
Had someone else's inability to upkeep an obvious problem with their car become my problem when their exhaust fell off and a part punctured one of my tires and these guys had me back up and moving in less than 30 minutes. Thankfully I caught them 45 minutes before close and they had a tech still there unlike the couple shops I called before them.
Had a flat tire from a nail on a Saturday evening, limped my vehicle into the shop on Sunday morning and they were great and very helpful — in and out in about 20 minutes. Would absolutely return here for business and to purchase tires — they were great.
I receive exceptional service every time I come in. I've gotten multiple sets of new tires, patches, alignments, etc over the many years they've been there, but I keep coming back just for the customer service. They are great at doing drop off services with same day pickup. They just do everything right.
