Superior did not follow proper torque procedures when they used impact wrench to replace our tire following the flood of 2016. Jacob denied any culpability, did not even offer compassion over distress they caused. Instead told us we should have used an impact wrench or called a wrecker. I bought 2 Goodyear Integrity tires here for $95 ea on 11/24/14. I was traveling on the Interstate to Florida 13 months later w my wife, one year old & 5 year old in my Prius & the tire blew. The folks I brought it to in Florida to replace the tire told me the tire was defective. Superior Tire of SE Louisiana would not stand behind their product.
