They took advantage of my younger sister. She took her car yesterday in here for an oil change only when they opened and even made an appointment. She got there and said they would have it done by 11:00am, they called her over the phone around 11:00am and stated would she like to change brakes on her car and do a bunch of other miscellaneous repairs and it would cost 1250 and should they go ahead with it. We have been loyal customers for over five years, purchasing tires, brakes, and routine oil changes for both our vehicles. Unfortunately, service quality has declined significantly.
