Still waiting till this is resolved a month later.. Luckily charge was disputed but I didnt get a callback or even told they ordered the piece they "misplaced" until I submitted the claim.. I want my car back to normal before I came here. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE. NEGLIGENT TAMPERING AND INCOMPETENCE WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS MORE IN THE LONG RUN ....SMH🤬

If I could give negative then negative.HORRIBLE customer service and RUDE employees. Also trying to upsell telling me my issue is not fixable when I just got it fixed elsewhere.
When in to schedule service, arranged for next day. I arrived a few minutes early and they started my car right away. Very quick and easy and way faster than dealership. Will be going back with my wife's car.
