I have been to this service center 5 times to fix a problem. 5 TIMES!!! I had a shake in my steering wheel so I looked on Yelp and found all these good reviews about this store. So I went there and asked if they could take a look. They stated I needed a wheel balance and alignment. Ok done, after $200, I get my car back and still shaking. So I go back and then it was my tires. I saw my tires had a issue so I had them replaced, $1200. Still a shake, so I bring it back again and now it was my brakes. I left my 2005 Kia Sedona with Goodyear when my engine died; they said they would replace the engine and would have it done in 4 days. However, it took 10 days. They never called me during that time, and every time I called THEM, they would say that it SHOULD be done the next day. WITHIN A WEEK after the engine was replaced, more problems emerged.
